'Hard to know if Ferrari should keep Kimi'

Mika Hakkinen feels Ferrari should wait before deciding on Kimi Raikkonen and whether or not to to hand the Finn a contract for 2016. Last season Raikkonen was largely outgunned by his team-mate Fernando Alonso in what a wretched season for Ferrari. This year, though, the 2007 World Champion looks to have found his spark. Although he has lost to team-mate Sebastian Vettel in three of the four grands prix, Raikkonen is right up there taking the fight to the German. His performances have led to talk about a possible contract extension as Ferrari have an option on him for 2016. Hakkinen, however, reckons they should wait before exercising it.
