Hamilton named Britain's richest sportsman
Lewis Hamilton has been announced as Britain's richest sportsman, according to The 2015 Sunday Times Rich List. The report will be published on Sunday 26 April and reveals that the reigning world champion's wealth has increased by £20 million over the last year, to £88 million. The Mercedes driver currently leads the 2015 championship after winning three of the first four races of the season. He is well clear at the top of the richest sportsmen table and claimed the same position in 2014. McLaren's Jenson Button has slipped from second place last year to third in 2015.
