Ferrari set for engine power boost in Barcelona

Ferrari is preparing to unleash more horse power for the start of the European leg of the season in Spain. Reports are doing the rounds that the Maranello team will debut an upgrade for its turbo V6 ‘power unit' in June for the race in Canada. But Bild newspaper said a new specification will in fact make its appearance in Barcelona in just under three weeks' time. The report said it could boost Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen's 2015 car to the tune of 20-30 horse power, giving the SF15-T 'almost as much power as Mercedes'.
