Toro Rosso report from day one of the Australian Grand Prix weekend, Round 2 of the Formula 1 world championship, at Sepang International Circuit. Max Verstappen (STR10-03, Car 33) First Practice Session Best lap: 1:41.803, pos. 7th, 23 laps Second Practice Session Best lap: 1:41.220, pos. 8th, 30 laps “It was a good start to the weekend, as I used this morning’s FP1 to learn the track and I took it easy, as this is my first time here racing at this circuit. It’s not easy to manage the tyres here because it’s quite humid, but it was a clean first morning out on track.
