Three practice sessions for Long Beach ePrix

In a slight change to the Long Beach ePrix schedule, the number of practice sessions has been increased from two to three. The practice session times have been reduced to 25 minutes to allow the teams extra time to charge the cars between sessions. Usually, a Formula E event consists of one 45-minute practice session and one 30-minute practice session. Benoit Dupont, Sporting Manager at Formula E, said: “In Long Beach we are using part of the IndyCar circuit along Shoreline Drive and a similar style pitlane with the garages in a remote paddock.
