Lotus hoping technical gremlins solved for Sepang

The Lotus team hopes that it will have got to the bottom of the technical problem that sidelines Romain Grosjean's car after a single lap of the Australian Grand Prix can be traced and eradicated by round two in Malaysia this weekend. Although both cars made it into the final phase of qualifying, the gremlin had already reared its head during the earlier part of the meeting, and returned to sideline Grosjean at the end of a lap that had already seen team-mate Pastor Maldonado taken out in a turn one accident.
