Kobayashi distanced from F1 return rumours

Kamui Kobayashi has been linked with a return to F1 with Manor Marussia, but those rumours look to have been shot down by his manager. Chikara Funada is Kamui's manager, and was spotted in the Melbourne paddock last weekend. The 2014 Caterham driver has been left on the sidelines this year due to his former team going out of business, and the Japanese driver has found refuge at home in the Super Formula series where he has signed with Team Le Mans. However, Kamui has been linked to a seat at Manor ever since it was announced that the Marussia team would survive under the new name and new funding/management arrangement.
