Manor will not race in Australian Grand Prix

Manor will miss the opening round of the 2015 Formula 1 World Championship after failing to make it out on track for FP3 or qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix. The team has overcome many hurdles to make it to Albert Park after being brought out of administration just a month ago, but issues getting the cars dialled in with software has prevented the machines – which are updated versions of its 2014 car – from getting on track. Subsequently missing qualifying, it means Manor will not get the dispensation its needs to start the Australian Grand Prix, delaying its return until the second race in Malaysia in just two weeks' time.
