Sauber to appeal van der Garde judgement
Getty Images Enlarge Sauber will appeal the Victoria Supreme Court's decision that Giedo van der Garde should drive one of its cars at this weekend's Australian Grand Prix. The dispute has been rumbling on all week and on Wednesday morning the Supreme Court found in favour of van der Garde, requiring Sauber to let him drive this weekend. However, after highlighting concerns that it could jeopardise safety, Sauber has decided to appeal the decision.
