Sauber responds to court decision

– Sauber team boss Monisha Kaltenborn says she is "disappointed" with the outcome of Giedo van der Garde's law case, and has reiterated the outfit's safety fears.Van der Garde's claim that he had a contract to race for Sauber this year was backed by a Swiss arbitral tribunal last week, and upheld in the Victorian Supreme Court on Wednesday.Sauber had nominated Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr as its drivers for 2015."We are disappointed with this decision and now need to take time to understand what it means and the impact it will have on the start of our season," explained Kaltenborn."What we cannot do is jeopardise the safety of our team, or any other driver...
