Manager shares first photo of Alonso after crash

Fernando Alonso's manager has shared the first photograph of the Spanish driver after his heavy crash during testing at Barcelona on Sunday. Amid speculation surrounding the causes of the accident, Luis Garcia Abad has tweeted a photo of Alonso giving the thumbs up from his hospital bed. "Lunch time! Thank you for your support!" wrote Garcia Abad. Alonso has been under observation since the accident, spending the night in hospital. Garcia Abad said the Spanish driver could be kept in hospital for another 24 hours as more tests were carried out.
