Ricciardo encouraged despite disrupted day

Red Bull Content Pool Daniel Ricciardo says he is encouraged by Red Bull's RB11 despite suffering from mechanical gremlins on the third day of testing at Jerez. Ricciardo completed 48 laps, over 100 fewer than Nico Rosberg, on his way to the seventh quickest time at the Spanish testing venue. Red Bull detected an issue with the power unit in the RB11, forcing them to change it before Ricciardo was able to return to the track. "Although we were limited with running today, we got some long runs together and that was encouraging," he said.
