German GP set to be held at Hockenheim
The German Grand Prix is set to be held at Hockenheim in 2015 after the Nurburgring admitted it doesn't have a contract. The CEO of the Nurburgring confirmed to Crash.net that a contract is not yet in place to host the 2015 race, saying that it hoped to agree a deal but that “F1 has to remain affordable”. However, Ecclestone has now announced that contract talks are progressing with the Hockenheimring to ensure the race takes place there once again. "It's going to be at Hockenheim, we're in the middle of doing something with them,” Ecclestone told Reuters. “It can't be Nurburgring because there's nobody there.” The German Grand Prix has alternated between the two circuits...
