Hulkenberg completes first Porsche LMP1 test

Nico Hulkenberg has completed his first LMP1 test with Porsche, ahead of his FIA World Endurance Championship debut next year. Last month it was announced that the German driver would race the third Porsche 919 Hybrid at the 6 Hours of Spa and 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2015, alongside his commitments driving for Force India in Formula 1. The Silverstone-based outfit has allowed Hulkenberg to compete in two races of the endurance series, although there is slight doubt over the plans, as the returning Korean Grand Prix is scheduled on the 2015 F1 calendar for the same weekend as the Spa-Francorchamps WEC round.
