Vergne confused by Red Bull logic

Sutton Images Enlarge Axed Toro Rosso driver Jean-Eric Vergne says he does not understand why Red Bull decided not to keep him racing in Formula One next season. Vergne lost his 2015 seat to Max Verstappen earlier this year, but was handed a reprieve when current team-mate Daniil Kvyat was elevated to the senior team - though it was an opportunity the Frenchman was frustrated to be overlooked for.
