Vergne confirms he's out at Toro Rosso
Sutton Images Enlarge Jean-Eric Vergne has confirmed he will not be in Formula One next year after being left out of Toro Rosso's plans for 2015. Vergne has raced for three seasons with Toro Rosso over 58 races, but will be replaced next season at the Red Bull owned team. In October Max Verstappen was announced as his replacement for 2015, but it looked as though he might be offered an extended stay when Sebastian Vettel left Red Bull and his team-mate Daniil Kvyat was promoted to the senior team. But after a month of waiting on news, he finally confirmed he would not be at the team via Twitter three days after his final race of 2015. Despite a good season & 22 pts, I'll not drive...
