Mattiacci out, Arrivabene in at Ferrari

Ferrari have replaced their team principal for the second time this year with Maurizio Arrivabene taking over from Marco Mattiacci. The Italian team confirmed the change barely 24 hours after the final race of the 2014 season in Abu Dhabi, bringing an end to Mattiacci's brief tenure as boss. With Ferrari struggling on the track, the team opted to replace the long-serving Stefano Domenicali with Mattiacci in April However, the team's fortunes failed to change and they ended the campaign with any victories, the first time since 1980.
