Vettel reveals Red Bull changed mind over early Ferrari test

+ Sebastian Vettel says that Red Bull back-tracked on its initial agreement to allow him to leave the team early to test for Ferrari. Vettel will join Ferrari at the end of the season, but will have to wait until the opening day of next year’s Jerez pre-season test before he can run for the team.
