McLaren-Honda to run for the first time

– Honda's new turbocharged Formula 1 engine is set to run on track for the first time on Friday, with McLaren's development car, entitled the MP4-29H, scheduled to feature in a filming day at Silverstone.The Japanese manufacturer will return to the top echelon as McLaren's engine partner next season, having previously supplied the outfit with powerplants from 1988 to 1992.McLaren has been working on a development car to test the basic installation of Honda's engine, and confirmed on Thursday that the unit will make its track debut at the home of the British Grand Prix tomorrow.Revealing its plans via Twitter, the team said it will be "parading the interim Honda-engined...
