Boycott threat still lingering as F1 heads to Brazil

F1 grid has shrunk from eleven teams to nine in three weeks between Sochi and Austin Two hours before Sunday's United States Grand Prix, the risk that only twelve Formula 1 cars would race still existed, and as the circus heads to Brazil the chances of a boycott still lingers.
