Panel to review Bianchi crash

A 10-man panel will investigate the Japan Grand Prix crash that left French Formula One driver Jules Bianchi fighting for his life.Ross Brawn, Emerson Fittipaldi and Stefano Domenicali are three of the high-profile figures on the panel that will present its findings at the next meeting of the World Motor Sport Council on December 3 in Doha, a statement by motor racing's governing body FIA said.                 One of the measures announced by FIA president Jean Todt soon after Bianchi's collision with a recovery vehicle at Suzuka a fortnight ago was the formation of a body to not only look into the incident, but also to propose new safety...
