Marko: Vettel needed a new challenge
Sebastian Vettel won his first of four F1 world titles in 2010 here he celebrates with Helmut Marko, Adrian Newey and Christian Horner
Four times Formula One world champion Sebastian Vettel decided to leave Red Bull because he needed new motivation after a frustrating season, team consultant Helmut Marko said on Saturday.
The Austrian told Reuters at the Japanese Grand Prix that the split between the reigning champions and the 27-year-old German, who has won all his titles with them, was ‘amicable'.
