Engine unfreeze 'a can of worms' - Mercedes

Getty Images Enlarge Toto Wolff thinks a relaxation of Formula One's engine freeze regulations could create more problems than solutions for the grid. One of the topics on the agenda of talks between team bosses this year has been whether to tweak rules which currently prevent changes to engines for anything other than safety or reliability over the season. Ferrari team principal Marco Mattiacci is one of those in favour of it, though he has stressed his support has nothing to do with cutting the advantage enjoyed by Mercedes this year.
