Pace looking good despite engine troubles – Vettel

Sebastian Vettel was encouraged by Red Bull Racing's pace around the Marina Bay Street Circuit, despite the four-time champion missing the majority of second practice due to an engine problem. The German driver finished first practice in fourth place but stopped his car at the end of the session with an engine failure. Red Bull Racing then had to change the unit, costing Vettel crucial track time in practice two. Despite the set-back, Vettel was pleased with the team's speed on Friday.
