Perez close to securing new Force India deal

+ Sergio Perez expects to soon sign a deal to secure his future with Force India for 2015. The Mexican has rebuilt his reputation with the Silverstone-based team this season after McLaren dropped him late last year, very nearly leaving him without a seat for 2014, an experience Perez is keen to avoid a repeat of. “I think we should be very close to commit for next year with the team,” Perez said. “But you never know, I have experience from the past, so you never know what’s going to happen.” Force India currently sit sixth in the constructors’ championship, a point behind McLaren, and Perez is hopeful that his current team can fight with his former employer on track this weekend...
