Schumacher leaves hospital

Michael Schumacher has Lausanne Hospital and will continue his rehabilitation following his skiing accident at home.The seven-time World Champion was placed in a medically induced coma after suffering severe head injuries after falling whilst skiing in the French Alps in December 2013.In June it was announced he had been woken-up and had been transferred to the University Hospital of Lausanne, in the west of Switzerland close to the family home on the shore of Lake Geneva.A statement released by Schumacher's management said progress had been made in the last few weeks and months and that doctors had now released him to continue his recovery at home.'Henceforth, Michael's rehabilitation will...
