Caterham faces legal action from former staff
A group of 38 former Caterham staff are taking the team's new owners to a labour court claiming unfair dismissal, with High Court proceedings set to follow.
Representing the workers is solicitor Christopher Felton claims the aggrieved staff have not been paid their July wages and no response has been forthcoming by Caterham's management with regards to settling the issue.
Felton told told BBC, 'The hope is that Caterham will enter into a constructive discussion with the employees and their legal representatives so this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably.'
A Caterham spokesman sresponded by saying,'We are not not aware of any court claim being lodged. There are on-going...
