Martin Whitmarsh officially parts company with McLaren

Former McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh has officially left the Woking-based outfit, despite departing from his role with the team way back in January following Ron Dennis’ return as McLaren’s Group CEO. Throughout the following months, nothing was officially confirmed pertaining to Whitmarsh’s future. However, eight months later and the partnership has finally been put to bed with Whitmarsh officially leaving McLaren following lengthy discussions with Ron Dennis during the last few months.
