Hamilton suffered an apparent brake failure at the Turn 13 hairpin, which caused him to spin 360-degress and hit the tyre wall head-on. While the driver was OK, it ruled him out of the rest of the session and means he will start 15th on the grid in what is a boost for Rosberg's title hopes.
