Silverstone Practice 3: Vettel tops as Red Bulls relish rain
Sebastian Vettel fastest in wet FP3 at Silverstone
One would be forgiven a touch of deja vu when glancing at the timing screens at the end of the third free practice session of the British Grand Prix weekend, where Red Bulls hogged the top two spots with Sebastian Vettel fastest in a rain soaked 60 minute session at Silverstone.
Rain fell throughout the morning and by the time the lights went green there was a toss up between using intermediates or full wets, such were the conditions.
Although Vettel was fastest, ahead of teammate Daniel Ricciardo it must be mentioned that both Mercedes drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, along with Ferrari's Fernando Alonso did not record lap...
