Ricciardo frustrated by 'scrappy' lap
Getty Images Enlarge Daniel Ricciardo was left frustrated after missing out on third place on the grid by less than 0.05s during qualifying for the Canadian Grand Prix as he was forced to settle for sixth. Ricciardo was just 0.041s off team-mate Sebastian Vettel in third, with the two split by the Williamses of Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa. "I was a bit frustrated," he said. "When you are less than half a tenth from three places up the grid then it's frustrating no matter what. I've calmed down now and obviously it's done and I'll just look to the race." He said his final hot lap was not entirely clean after struggling to get his super-soft tyres up to temperature...
