Maldonado reprimanded after qualifying
– Pastor Maldonado has been reprimanded by the stewards for failing to leave his steering wheel attached to his car after stopping out on track during Saturday afternoon's qualifying session for the Canadian Grand Prix.The Lotus driver came to a halt at the exit of Turn 3 in the opening phase amid suspected technical problems.But when departing the scene, he failed to re-attach his steering wheel, as required by the regulations.Having been summoned to the stewards, he was later given a reprimand, his first of the season.
