Rosberg untouchable in his own backyard ahead of Hamilton

After 78 laps of battling around the streets of Monte Carlo, the sixth round of the FIA Formula One World Championship saw Mercedes AMG Petronas and Nico Rosberg emerge victorious in the principality for the second successive season and retake the lead in the driver's standings by just 6 points. The German took the lead from pole position into Saint Devote after that start and had a trouble-free drive to the chequered flag during a race that was littered with incidents and Safety Car periods which provided an exciting finish Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo, who chased hard after and fought with a vision-impaired Lewis Hamilton in the latter stages, had to eventually settle for third behind...
