Bianchi hit with gearbox penalty

– Jules Bianchi has been hit with a gearbox penalty for the Monaco Grand Prix, following a late unit change.The Frenchman had qualified in 19th position for Sunday afternoon's 78-lap race in the Principality, ahead of Marussia team-mate Max Chilton and key Caterham rivals Kamui Kobayashi and Marcus Ericsson.As per the regulations, a premature gearbox change results in a five place drop, although Bianchi will only fall to 21st – helped by the fact that Ericsson is starting from the pit lane after his Q1 incident with Felipe Massa.
