No one ready to succeed Ecclestone claims Mateschitz

Red Bull billionaire Dietrich Mateschitz claims Formula 1 is staring into the abyss because under fire Bernie Ecclestone is instrumental for the well being of the sport. On Tuesday, Formula 1′s long-time chief executive and self styled supremo Ecclestone will be back in a Munich courtroom, battling for his future and freedom over the Gerhard Gribkowsky bribery affair. Mateschitz, the founder of Red Bull, said he is worried about Formula 1′s future in the event the sport needs to plan ahead without the diminutive Briton.
