Pastor tied on top penalty points list

He may not have a single Championship point to his name but as of Sunday's Spanish GP, Pastor Maldonado now has four penalty points. Crashing at the start of qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix, Maldonado started Sunday's 66-lap race from the very back of the grid. That meant trying to pass backmarkers, some he managed more successfully than others. Colliding with Caterham's Marcus Ericsson, the Lotus driver was deemed to be at fault and handed a five-second stop-go penalty. He was also given his fourth penalty point of this season.
