Hamilton beats Rosberg to Spain pole

Lewis Hamilton beat team-mate Nico Rosberg in a private battle for pole position at the Spanish Grand Prix. Hamilton initially looked to be struggling, but pulled out a brilliant lap in the final seconds to take a fourth pole in five races. Hamilton was 1.053secs quicker than Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo in third. Williams' Valtteri Bottas and Lotus' Romain Grosjean were fourth and fifth ahead of Ferrari drivers Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso. More to follow.
