Vettel out of second practice

Sebastian Vettel's running on Friday in Spain will be limited to just four laps as the German won't contest FP2. Vettel came to a halt in the morning's session at Turn 5 when his RB10 suffered an electrical problem. The reigning World Champion was on just his fourth lap of the day when that happened. The car was returned to the pits during the session with Vettel's mechanics descending quickly to begin working on the car. The team, though, has now revealed that the problem won't be solved before the end of the day. "Due to an electrical problem that has damaged the wiring loom of Car No. 1, Sebastian will not be able to take part in FP2," Red Bull said on Twitter. "The Team...
