Gastaldi: Lotus E22 is a great car waiting to come out
– Lotus Deputy Team Principal Federico Gastaldi maintains that the E22 can be a 'great car' once the team can exploit its potential. Lotus has yet to score a point in 2014 with Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado struggling with the unpredictability of the E22. But improvements moved Lotus up the grid in China and Gastaldi reckons progress can be made once again in Spain this weekend. "We certainly have made tremendous gains in absolute and relative terms since we started the year," he said.
