World Champions Red Bull will "give it everything" to try and catch runaway championship leaders Mercedes, team boss Christian Horner has promised.Mercedes have left their would-be title rivals trailing at the start of F1's new turbo era and established a near-100 point Constructors' Championship cushion over Red Bull on the back of four straight wins.
