Another point-less race for McLaren

Despite getting both cars to the chequered flag in China, it was McLaren's second consecutive race without a top 10 result. Jenson Button took the chequered flag in 11th place, with his team-mate Kevin Magnussen crossing the line in 13th. Both were lapped by the Chinese Grand Prix winner Lewis Hamilton. It was another difficult round for the Woking-based outfit after such a promising start to the 2014 season in Australia. It is the first time that both McLaren cars have finished a race outside of the top 10 since last year's British Grand Prix. Button had a poor start and dropped to 14th early on. He was the first driver to pit for a scheduled stop and struggled with tyre graining...
