Grosjean: Q3 slot a reward for Lotus
Romain Grosjean says making it in to Q3 for the first time this season was “a good reward” for Lotus. In wet conditions during qualifying for the Chinese Grand Prix, Grosjean progressed in to the final part of the session and will start from tenth on the grid. While admitting part of the performance could have been a result of the conditions, Grosjean said it was a timely boost for the team after all the hard work it has put in to recover from a tough start to the season. “I think it's a good qualifying session of course, and on a wet lap you can always find a little bit here and there but it's the case for everyone,” Grosjean said. “It's quite easy to get tricked.
