Sergio Perez is very well placed for Sunday's race Sutton Images Enlarge Sergio Perez is convinced he can take Force India's first podium finish since 2009 after qualifying fourth in Bahrain. Perez lines up fourth alongside Valtteri Bottas courtesy of Daniel Ricciardo's 10-place grid penalty, by far his best return of the year as Force India continued to build on its impressive showing in both afternoon and evening practice sessions so far in Bahrain. Perez does not believe anyone can catch the Mercedes tomorrow but has his sights firmly set on joining its drivers on the podium.
