Hamilton and Rosberg emulate Fangio and Taruffi

Mercedes' one-two finish in Malaysia with Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg was not just their first such result of the season, it was also their first one-two finish as a fully-fledged manufacturer team for over 58 years. Back in 1955 it was Juan Manuel Fangio who led home Silver Arrows team mate Piero Taruffi in the final race of the world championship in Italy. Despite their success, Mercedes withdrew from F1 at the end of the season and did not return with a full works team until 2010
