The rush to cure ‘Jekyll & Hyde' Williams
Valtteri Bottas scored more points in Melbourne for Williams than the team did during the entire season in 2013. Not only that, Bottas passed the majority of the field twice and described the new era of fuel economy as “the most fun race I’ve ever had… For me there was no fuel saving at all. For sure the safety car helps, but I was able to push.”
Despite having his race cut prematurely, Felipe Massa was equally optimistic. “McLaren definitely had a good race with both cars collecting good points and now they are leading the championship” he said after the race. “So I would say that Melbourne was a race that if we had both cars finish in a similar position to McLaren maybe we...
