Kvyat calm and relaxed ahead of his grand prix debut 13 March, 2014 Daniil Kvyat Teenage rookie Daniil Kvyat is taking his Formula 1 debut weekend in his stride, revealing that he feels 'calm, relaxed, no rush' ahead of the biggest weekend of his career.
Speaking to media in Melbourne, on the eve of the Australian Grand Prix weekend, Kvyat said of his feelings, 'Excited, but nothing special. I'm quite excited to go racing again, hopefully we keep improving all the time, that's all we have to do.'
The 19 year old Russian was fast tracked into Formula 1 after winning the GP3 championship last year, along the way beating some big names to the much coveted seat with Toro Rosso.
