Finally, Lotus hits Jerez

Lotus becomes the final Formula Team to start testing their 2014 car when the new E22 hits the Jerez tarmac on Friday. Lotus decided not to take part in the first official pre-season test at the same track last week in order to have more time working on the car behind closed doors. Since that work is now completed, the Enstone team is allowed to test the car during a filming day at the Andalucian circuit. However, they are only allowed to run a maximum of 100km and may only use demonstration tyres during the session. "Finally back to the track work, planning a filming day in Jerez today.
