Hamilton hails 'fantastic' Jerez test
– Lewis Hamilton has described the opening Jerez pre-season test as "fantastic" for his Mercedes team. Alongside team-mate Nico Rosberg, the former World Champion helped to rack up 1,368km of mileage over the course of the four-day gathering in southern Spain, considerably more than the other nine outfits present. "It's been a fantastic week for the team," Hamilton told the gathered media. "We've put a lot of laps on the car which is a huge accomplishment. It's a bit early to say this definitely, but right now the car feels pretty good.
