Felipe Massa says Williams has “all the right ingredients” to return to the front of the grid in 2014.Having been with Ferrari for eight years, Massa switched to Williams over the winter after being replaced by Kimi Raikkonen. Despite Williams scoring just five points in the whole of 2013, Massa told the official Formula One website that he is convinced the team has everything in place to mount a challenge for wins and titles.“Williams have everything within the team to come back,” Massa said. “They have a sophisticated factory, they have the best wind tunnel, they have very good people - they have everything to be successful again, and that is the key factor number one.
