Red Bull query F1 budget cap plans
id="story_continues_1" itemprop="description"> Red Bull have questioned plans to introduce a budget cap into Formula 1 next year as a way of cutting costs. Red Bull team principal Christian Horner and McLaren sporting director Sam Michael objected to the idea of a cost cap at a meeting last week.
